Alessandro is going to perform again as Conte Danilo in the light opera 'La Vedova Allegra'!
On the following dates:
- 13,14,16 and 18 October 2009 in Teatro Verdi in Padova, Italy
- 23 and 25 October 2009 in Pala Bassano in Bassano, Italy
- 22 and 24 January 2010 in Teatro Sociale in Rovigo, Italiy

Fiorenza, the singer whom Alessandro performed with during his concerts in the Netherlands in May 2009, has released her first CD in the Netherlands. To promote her CD Fiorenza will perform on 14 & 15 November 2009 in the Amsterdam Hilton during the event 'Het beste van Italië' ('The best of Italy'). Because Alessandro is performing in the Asia-tour of Sarah Brightman his concerts in the Netherlands will be rescheduled to an other date.
- 3 April 2009 Breda (Chassé theater): will be 14 May 2009 Breda (Chassé theater)
- 6 April 2009 Rotterdam (Nieuwe Luxor theater): will be 18 May 2009 Rotterdam (Nieuwe Luxor theater)
- 7 April 2009 Utrecht (Vredenburg): this concert is cancelled. The tickets for this concert will instead give admittance on 15 May 2009 to the event 'De smaak van Italië' at castle 'De Haar' in Haarzuilens (near Utrecht). Alessandro will perform here in the evening - together with other artists - during the 'Italian Night at the Castle'.

On 15 May 2009 and 16 May 2009 Alessandro will in the evening - together with other artists - perform during the 'Italian Night at the Castle' as part of the event 'De smaak van Italië' at castle 'De Haar' in Haarzuilens (near Utrecht).

On Sunday June 10, 2007 the first part of the Dutch programme 'Sterren voor kinderen' (Stars for children) will be broadcasted
by the TROS on channel Nederland 1. National and international stars will appear on stage to sing for the Dutch KidsRights foundation
and Alessandro is also present! He sings a few songs and also the duet with Petra Berger.
The programme starts at 14.05 hr lt and ends at 15.00 hr lt and will be broadcasted on the Dutch channel Nederland 1. On Sunday
June 17, 2007 the second part wil be broadcasted, probably at the same time.

Hot news!!!! On 21 February 2006 Alessandro recorded the duet 'Life goes on' with the wonderful singer Petra Berger. He did this during a very short visit to the Netherlands. This duet will soon appear on CD single in the Netherlands and will be added on the new CD of Alessandro and on the CD 'Here and now' of Petra Berger.

It's now official, Alessandro is going to perform in 'La Vedova Allegra' again. The light opera is a co-production of
Fondazione Lirico Sinfonica Petruzzelli e Teatri di Bari - Teatro Giuseppe Verdi di Trieste and takes place in Teatro
Piccinni in Bari, Italy.
Alessandro plays again Conte Danilo Danilowitch and the wonderful singer Daniela Mazzucato plays the part of Anna Glavari.
So, the same casting as in 2002!
Alessandro performs on following dates and times: 9 februari on 20.30 hr, 11 februari on 17.00 hr and 13 februari on
20.30 hr. (This under condition!!)

Alessandro has recorderd a duet with the wonderful English singer Miriam Stockley. The duet is called Un Ricordo – Je Crois Entendre Encore (Bizet, arr Stockley, Lynn, Macinante) and you can find it on the recently released album Eternal of Miriam Stockley. We have some very good and 
news for you!!!
Alessandro will appear in the Italian reality show 'MUSIC FARM', that will be broadcasted
by Rai Due. The first show will be on Tuesday, March 21, 2006, 21:00 cet and wil be followed up
by several shows in March and April.
MUSIC FARM will be conducted by Simone Ventura. As well as Alessandro some other Italian
musicians, such as Alberto Fortis & Jenny B, Franco Califano, Ivana Spagna, Leda Battisti,
Laura Bono, Massimo Di Cataldo, Pago, Silvia Mezzanotte, Simone Patrizi and Viola Valentino
will show up.

Today we received the incredible sad news that our dear friend Glenn Corneille, Alessandro's
gifted and inspiring concertmaster/pianist during concerts and tv performances in Holland,
tonight has died in a road accident.
Words fail us...
Dear Chantal and kids, parents, family and collegues of Glenn: you're in our thoughts. We
wish you all the strength you need to bear this great and terrible loss.

It wasn't certain till now, but... Alessandro can be heard and seen during the fourth
edition of the Holland Casino 'Concert by the Sea' in Scheveningen, Holland on Friday 2 July 2004.
Exactly one week before his concert in Maastricht he will perform (as well as two Dutch
singers: Paul van Vliet - who is also the host of the evening - and Trijntje Oosterhuis)
with the Residentie Orkest under the leading part of Jaap van Zweden.
The concert starts at 21.30 CEST on the boulevard of Scheveningen; the entrance is free.
The Residentie Orkest will end the open air concert with film music of Star Wars. Following,
around 23:00 CEST, a wonderful fire work spectacle will take place.

On the occasion of the promotion of Alessandro's new album 'Musica di Te' in Germany,
his record company BMG organizes a showcase/concert on February 3rd.
It will be a first class, elegant event in the beautiful 'Festsaal' of the Hotel
Bayerischer Hof in the centre of Munich. During this concert Alessandro will
perform nine songs. The German top media and VIPS/celebraties have been invited.
Following on the concert an Italian buffet will be served for the invitees and
Alessandro in a VIP area.
You can also enjoy Alessandro's concert and an Italian buffet (to be sure: not
in the VIP area)!
